Helping hundreds of clients go beyond "good information", to lasting changes.  You too can learn the positive purpose behind your seemingly unwanted, and imbalanced patterns. This deep understanding brings peace and a necessary reconciliation with your inner conflicting beliefs which hold the old ways. This peace provides a fertile internal environment to support for new boundaries, habits and healthy patterns.

Weekly topic with Audio & Video Recording

The topics are recording on video with slides to watch the first time, but you will also receive an audio recording so you can listen to each topic while you are on the go, in the car, on a walk, or making dinner.  Enjoy listening to the topics and repeat them throughout the week to integrate it into your system.

Weekly Coaching Exercises & habit forming practices

Each week you will have a coaching process to help you implement and deepen your understandings.

Each week you will receive a habit forming practice to repeat and practice. This will include new habits in different area’s of your mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual practices. 

Weekly Mantra meditation & Theme song

You will receive a weekly mantra you can use or write your own. A mantra is an important affirmation to repeat over and over again to build into the Nero-pathways of your brain.  Use the mantra provided or choose your own. 

You will have a weekly song that supports the topic. Music is a powerful and easy support method to boost your vibration, shift your mood, and integrate deeply into your cells the emotions associated. Use the song provided each week or select one of your own choice.

To ask your questions and observe coaching on implementation of the topics, exercises, and practices that you’d like additional discussion about.  You will receive 4 months of Q&A access to help support you in your transition to create lasting changes.

A Soft Place to Land

Before we jump into creating desired changes we must honor who you are, where you are, why you are there, and how valuable you are, as you are now.  This honoring is essential, and will build trust, self love, forgiveness, and self acceptance.  This all lays the ground work help safely access your natural motivation for inner and therefore outer changes. 

Building Self Support

Enrolling support for your new beliefs, desires, and wanted changes requires a thorough assessment of how you support yourself, whether you allow others to support you, and what you will need to change in order to implement your new intentions and goals. 

Identifying Limiting Beliefs

Knowing what drives your current beliefs, patterns and habits is similar to your doctor running a panel of tests to help identify the cause of your presenting symptoms.  Identifying your limiting beliefs is key to working with the heart of the matter.  This opens a smoother road to healing and changing your current patterns that are not working.

Decision Making Skills

Making day to day decisions and dealing with necessary changes is a reality of life. Learning to work with the reality of your own circumstances and adjusting on the go when necessary is an essential skill.  This is a priority to learn in order to maintain trust with yourself that you will not go backwards to old habits. In this module you will identify your markers to know the telling signs to make confident decisions with your time, focus, and energy.   

Creating Clarity & Strategy

Without clarity you are just shooting in the dark for changes and hoping they stick.  After correctly identifying subconscious beliefs that  drive your burn out and imbalance patterns, you can explore what you really truly want. You’ll identify why you want it, and make sure it’s really coming from your own heart and soul.    

Practice, Follow Up & Repeat

Building solid muscles takes routine exercise in order to see real results.  Establishing new habits is just like a muscle that has to be first a solid plan, then a plan that gets implemented correctly, and routinely.  It’s about progress not perfection, follow up, follow through, and most importantly with loving, supportive, internal dialogue.
